KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic out of the city to the north and south on the North-South Expressway (NSE) as of 10am Sunday was reported to be moving slowly due to the higher volume of vehicles.
A Plus Expressways Berhad control centre spokesman said traffic was also slow moving from Slim River to Sungkai in Perak.
