SHAH ALAM: Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim has defended PKR’s move of initiating the by-election in Kajang, saying criticism that it was a waste of public funds was a matter of opinion.
“There are voters who are upset about it but there are also many who like things to happen because it is part of democracy,” the Selangor Mentri Besar said.
