KOTA KINABALU: The case of a restaurant manager convicted of raping a 13-year-old girl has taken a twist with his newly appointed lawyer now appealing to the High Court here to quash an arrest warrant against his client.
Counsel Ram Singh filed the revision for his client Riduan Masmud at the Kota Kinabalu High Court Registry on Wednesday afternoon.
