PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has set Feb 11 to hear a second application by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to disqualify Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah to be a deputy public prosecutor in the prosecution's appeal against his acquittal over sodomy charge.
Deputy registrar Mohd Izzudin Mohamad fixed the date for the hearing proper after meeting the parties in chambers.
