KUALA LUMPUR: The man who allegedly locked up his former girlfriend in her home in Setapak Jaya here and then set fire to the place was arrested in Hutan Melintang, Perak, early yesterday.
He was arrested at a house in Taman Desa Bernam at about 3am.
