KUALA LUMPUR: Forty-four Malaysian students will leave for the United States (US) Tuesday night for a six-month stay under the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Programme (YES).
Throughout the six months, these students, who are waiting for their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia examination results, will live with host families, attend high school, engage in activities to learn about American society and values, besides educating the Americans about Malaysia and its culture.
