BUKIT MERTAJAM: A motorcyclist and his pillion rider were mobbed by about 50 people holding a demonstration against Machang Bubok assemblyman Lee Khai Loon for failing to show respect to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The two men, in their 30s, were pulled off their motorcycle when they allegedly shouted a racial remark at the protesters outside the assemblyman’s service centre in Jalan Alma here yesterday.
