SHAH ALAM: Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim continues to stake the state government’s claim to water assets in Selangor, saying the administration will not back down on the issue.
Following news reports that the Federal Government may invoke Section 114 of the Water Services Industry Act (WSIA) to find a solution to the deadlock over the water issue, Khalid insisted that the state should be the rightful owners of all four concessionaires under the Act.
