SHAH ALAM: A man pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court on Wednesday to offering a bribe to a forest officer so as not to act against an uncle who had engaged in illegal logging.
Lee Swee Sin, 44, claimed trial to the charge of offering RM2,000 to Selangor Tengah District forest officer Ag Shaffie Ag Admadni, 35, as an inducement to refrain from acting against his uncle, Lee Ah Seng, 46.
