PETALING JAYA: The trial of a couple charged with murdering their daughter will proceed after a magistrate’s court here ruled they were mentally stable.
Magistrate KB Elena Hong Tze Lan made the decision after receiving medical reports on Hiew Yook Cheang, 50, and his wife Wong Yin Tinn, 38, yesterday.
