Mama: We will believe it when we see it

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Maid Employers Association (Mama) regards the undertaking by Asosiasi Perusahaan Jasa Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (Apjati) to provide a steady supply of Indonesian maids to Malaysia at a fee of RM7,800 as good news, but said it was too early to rejoice.

Association president Engku Ahmad Fauzi Engku Muhsein said it would wait and see whether the promise would be kept as there had been numerous previous disagreements over issues such as the cost structure for recruiting an Indonesian maid.
