Garbage bag leads to baby falling down stairwell

KUANTAN: With a wiggling baby cradled in one arm and a garbage bag clutched in his other hand as he walked down a stairwell, a father paid a fatal price for his folly.

Shrieks of delight turned to a painful scream as the seven-month-old boy slipped from his father’s arm and fell off the railing from the fourth to the third floor of the Bukit Pelindung police quarters, near here.
