Cops warn revellers to stay safe at year-end parties

PETALING JAYA: As parties to mark the end of the year gain momentum, police have warned revellers, especially women, to stay safe.

Bukit Aman principal assistant director of the Sexual Crimes, Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Investigations Division (D11) Asst Comm Hamidah Yunus said the police had recorded many cases in which women were victims of sexual assaults after attending parties.
