Envoy sees bright diplomatic future as Russian Constitution turns 20

KUALA LUMPUR: Despite the often negative perception painted by the international media on Russian policies, its envoy to Malaysia believes that the diplomatic ties with other countries, including Malaysia, will remain strong.

Russian ambassador to Malaysia, Lyudmila G Vorobyeva said that the bilateral ties the two nations enjoyed now have blossomed since the republic adopted the Constitution of the Russian Federation, replacing the previous Soviet-era Constitution precisely 20 years ago.
