SHAH ALAM: The man who shot Pahang Islamic affairs enforcement chief Ahmad Rafli Abdul Malek in Kuantan last month has been identified.
Stating this, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said ballistics tests have also established that a pistol seized during arrests connected to the incident was the one used in the Nov 10 shooting.
