KUALA LUMPUR: National harmony should be a priority for every political party to ensure no racial sentiments are spread in the country, said MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
"I urge all parties to uphold national harmony, including Umno, and control the speech of their members so as not to appear racist," he told reporters after witnessing the swearing-in of the Cheras MCA division members here Sunday.
