GEORGE TOWN: Former chief justice, Tun Mohamed Dzaiddin Abdullah has been installed the third chancellor of Wawasan Open University (WOU) at its fourth convocation ceremony on Saturday.
WOU chairman Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon said Mohamed Dzaiddin succeeded Tun Dr Lim Keng Yaik who passed away at the end of last year.
