KUANTAN: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak left the Umno general assembly in a hurry so he could visit flood victims in his home state of Pahang.
The Prime Minister and Umno president took a helicopter ride to get an aerial view of the damage and visited three relief centres in Pekan and Rompin. He told reporters later that the Government was prepared to consider special aid for the people affected by the floods in Johor, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan.
