IPOH: Rate payers are advised to file complaints with the Ipoh City Council over the drastic hike in assessment rates before the payment deadline.
State opposition leader Nga Kor Ming (DAP-Kepayang) said owners who were unhappy with the sharp increase in the assessment rate of their property should lodge reports with the council.
