SEREMBAN: The High Court here dismissed a RM5mil suit brought by state DAP chief Loke Siew Fook against two state MCA officials for alleged defamation.
Judge Datin Zabariah Yusof also ordered Loke to pay RM35,000 in costs each to state MCA secretary Datuk Lim Fui Ming and his deputy Jason Lee Kee Chong.
