MORE adjustments are needed to solve the shortcomings of the MySikap system, which has been plagued with technical glitches, said acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.
He admitted his disappointment with the system roll-out, which was unable to cope with the new features in certain products offered by the Road Transport Department such as driving licences.
