PETALING JAYA: The leader of the Vinod 08 gang and another member have been arrested following a three-hour car chase from Taman Sri Gombak to Taman Titiwangsa.
Acting on a tip off, police personnel tracked down the suspects in their car after an attempted break-in at Taman Sri Gombak at about 1.30am Friday.
