KUALA LUMPUR: Police are quite sure that kidnapped tourist 58-year-old Chang An Wei is still alive, said Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar.
“We are quite sure that she is safe as we have a recording of a conversation with the captors,” said Khalid who did not elaborate further on the conversation.
