THERE are no plans to cap the number of years that a car can be on Malaysian roads, a deputy minister told the Dewan Rakyat.
Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Aziz Kaprawi said a study was done by the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety (Miros) which found that vehicles that are more than 12 years to be “less safe”.
