GEORGE TOWN: Thousands of motorists were caught in a crawl Thursday morning on the Penang Bridge as a lorry ferrying gas cylinders overturned.
The lorry overturned at about 10.30am at Km1.3 on the Prai-bound lane and traffic slowed to a standstill for almost an hour bit vehicles backed up as far away as 10km from the entrance to the bridge from the island.
