TAWAU: Relatives of kidnapped Taiwanese tourist Chang An Wei are keeping mum over an alleged ransom demand made to Filipino authorities after her abduction by Filipino gunmen from the Pom Pom Island resort in Sabah.
"I know there are many questions but this concerns Chang's safety," said Hsu Li Ren, the older brother of Li Min, the husband of Chang who was shot dead by the gunmen.
