KUALA LUMPUR: Federal Territory Opposition MPs have asked Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to withdraw its notice to raise the assessment rates for property owners until a full study is made on the matter.
The MPs said they were caught unawares, along with house owners, about the announcement although the MPs had been holding regular meetings with Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor and Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib.
