JOHOR BARU: House owners here will not be burdened despite the possibility of having to pay more after a revision of the assessment rate, said Johor Baru MP Tan Sri Shahrir Samad.
The Johor Baru City Council would revalue the houses based on the current property market and not go beyond it, he said.
