DUBAI: The Permata Pintar programme, a special education for gifted children endowed with high intelligence quotient (IQ), will expand its wings to the Gulf States.
Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, which has been given the task to handle the programme, on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding with Alliance International Investment (AII) to explore collaborative efforts to develop Dubai as the hub and centre of excellence for the gifted in education programmes.
