31 condominium unit buyers lose appeal to get their homes

PUTRAJAYA: Thirty-one buyers of the Mas Kiara Condominium lost their appeal at the Court of Appeal here Thursday, to recover their condominium units, which were abandoned in 2001, and subsequently re-sold to new purchasers when the project was revived.

A three-member panel led by Court of Appeal judge Datuk Clement Allan Skinner unanimously dismissed their appeal and upheld the decision of a High Court, which ruled against them.
