KOTA KINABALU: The Election Court has dismissed a polls petition for the Kota Marudu parliamentary seat of Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili.
High Court Justice Datuk Yew Jen Kie sitting as Election Court judge in her ruling held that there was contravention in certain provisions of the Election Regulations in the Kota Marudu seat during the 13 general election but this was insufficient to affect the polls outcome.
