PETALING JAYA: Traffic congestion started early in Klang Valley on Thursday as heavy rains lashed down for the second day running, causing flash floods on roads leading in and out of city.
By 4pm, Star Radio Traffic (@mytrafiic) had tweeted that most major roads in the Klang Valley were congested, with traffic slowing to a crawl.
