KUALA LUMPUR: All 1,684 Mara-sponsored students in the United Kingdom are safe following the St Jude's Day storm that hit a number of European countries recently.
Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal said the higher learning institutions where these students were studying were outside the disaster areas.
