GELANG PATAH: Johor has given its assurance that the affordable housing scheme in the state will benefit eligible and genuine house buyers and not speculators.

Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the scheme was also meant for first-time house owners including young adults and not for those who already own residential properties in Johor.
