KOTA TINGGI: The Youth and Sports Ministry is hoping for an increase in allocation under Budget 2014 so that it could enhance the National Youth Skills Institute (IKBN).
Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the ministry wanted to add the number of trainees from the current 10,000 to 15,000 within two years.
