PETALING JAYA: A trailer carrying scrap metal caused a traffic snarl on the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) after it overturned.
The Banting-bound trailer was on its way to a steel factory at about 9am yesterday when it developed a tyre puncture, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
