KOTA KINABALU: Warrants of arrest have been issued against a 13-year-old schoolgirl and her father for not showing up at the Sessions Court over a rape case involving restaurant manager Riduan Masmud.
Deputy Prosecuting officer Raja Zaizul Zaharudin applied for the warrants after the duo failed to turn up in court yesterday.
