KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has suggested a system of reward-and-punish be implemented to promote accountability among civil servants, following the abuse of public funds reported in the 2012 Auditor-General's report.
Publicity Bureau chairman Datuk Heng Seai Kie (pix) said the government should seriously look into the proposal by Auditor-General Tan Sri Ambrin Buang to probe the abuse of power and fraud involving civil servants.
