SHAH ALAM: Head of government departments (HODs) should not rely on the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission to take further action on cases that had led to billions of ringgit in wastage, MACC chief Tan Sri Abu Kassim Mohamed said.
“In this country, negligence and making a wrong decision is not a crime. These are categorised as disciplinary matters, which does not involve the Auditor-General or the MACC,” he said.
