KUALA LUMPUR: Three NGOs have lodged a report against a Facebook user for allegedly insulting the Prime Minister and the Jalur Gemilang.
The group lodged the report against the Facebook user named Raymond Koo who allegedly posted computer-manipulated images of the Prime Minister.
