PETALING JAYA: More Malaysians must be trained to be multilingual to make further inroads in trade with Mandarin-speaking nations, said Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.
The emergence of China as the world’s second largest economic power had placed great economic value on Mandarin, he said.
