Liow Tiong Lai.
PETALING JAYA: MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai says he is ready to face the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) that is being proposed by the party.
However Liow claimed on Tuesday that the resolution to be presented at the EGM was targeted at the wrong person.
Liow also said that the party president is the one who decided on the party direction for the general election.
Liow added that issue of Johor executive councillor Datuk Tee Siew Keong who accepted a state government post in violation of the party’s directive should be discussed at EGM.
