PUTRAJAYA: Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Paul Low has come into defence of preventive laws in order to combat the success of organised crime.
Speaking to a forum on crime prevention and public safety on Saturday, Low, who is also the former president of Transparency International Malaysia said that organised crime exists due to weak organisation and weak enforcement institution.
