KUALA LUMPUR: Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan on Thursday chided Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng over the latter's claim that funds for Chinese new villages had reduced.
Instead, Abdul Rahman said, 95% of the RM55mil allocation had already been disbursed with the remaining to be given out by the end of the year.
