Mohd Abdul Hakim Embong, 47 couldn't hold his tears while holding on to his son's favourite hat during the funeral ceremony of Muhammad Izzat at the Bukit Kecil muslim cemetery in Kuala Terengganu.
KUALA TERENGGANU: Teenage superbiker Muhammad Izzat Abdul Hakim who was killed during a practice session last weekend was buried here on Thursday.
The 17-year-old SIC Ninja 250 Cup racer was laid to rest at the Bukit Kecil Muslim cemetery at 9.30am, after his body arrived by air late Wednesday night.
The burial was a low-key affair attended by family members and close relatives.
Muhammad Izzat's team manager Steven Ong and some of his coaches also came all the way from Kuala Lumpur to pay their last respects to the racer.
