GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Government will set aside RM40,000 a year for every Opposition assemblyman as allocation for small-scale development.
In a statement, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the allocation was agreed to in principle during a state executive council meeting on Wednesday, adding that the sum would be given out from next year.
