KUALA LUMPUR: A college student and her brother will know on Sept 30 the outcome of their negligence suit against her ex-husband, the former Inspector-General of Police and Government over a shooting incident.
High Court Judicial Commissioner Lee Heng Cheong Friday set the date after ordering both parties to file submissions on damages in the civil dispute.
