Though that dream has evolved since its inception, with the narrative now expanded to include setbacks along with successes, it leads us to ask: what exactly is the Malaysian dream?
Does it mirror the American dream by also laying claim to the right of ‘life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness’, as outlined in the US Declaration of Independence?
