PETALING JAYA: Police have denied that an accident where a driver of a luxury car had allegedly hit a motorcyclist before speeding away was a hit and run.
Commenting on the video of the supposed ‘hit and run’ that had gone viral on Facebook, Kuala Lumpur traffic chief ACP Rusli Mohd Noor said the video was misleading and did not tell the whole story.
