PETALING JAYA: The Islamic Deve-lopment Department’s (Jakim) call to ban Lamb Of God’s scheduled performance in Kuala Lumpur on Sept 28 was based on a YouTube video uploaded in 2008.
The video clip features a live show of the American heavy metal band in Orlando, Florida, in which the performance of its single Laid To Rest was deemed controversial due to the use of verses from the Quran.
